You’ll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team . Caseload: Typically 80-85 clients (Supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non-clinical workload).
