Oracle Applications Systems Analyst

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Oracle Applications Systems Analyst to join our support team for our Oracle Cloud environment. This role is critical for support, troubleshooting, and validation of our integration environment, and will support both Oracle and non‑Oracle system integrations. Responsibilities Serve as a member of the technical support team supporting Oracle and ancillary systems. Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems. Respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and assist users in resolving their issues. Document issues, track progress, and elevate complex problems to higher levels of support. Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base of troubleshooting steps. Perform technical testing and coordinate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing. Manage conflicting priorities, including post‑production support. Qualifications (Must Have) 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role. Ability to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud. Ability to understand and analyze raw data. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Willingness to learn new skills and systems. Ability to follow pre‑defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of related Oracle Fusion modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, Procurement, and Order Management. Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management and Configure Price Quote. Ability to write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of Oracle ATP database. Knowledge of Jira and managing support tickets. Experience with XML and JSON documents. Compensation The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 – $90,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
