Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per policy
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; perform ongoing assessments and escalate to the supervising nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and routine nursing tasks
- Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation and MARs
- Ensure infection control practices and resident safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license (or equivalent) suitable for practice
- Ability to work the listed evening shift and maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting
