Qualifications:

• Current and valid California SLP license is required
• Experience working with elementary and/or preschool populations is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in preschool through 5th grade with mild to moderate needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Document and maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP objectives
• Support students in developing communication, language, social, and pragmatic skills to enhance academic and social participation
