Senior Director, Technical Program Mgmt

Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong technical background in an engineering area or technical domain
• Experience aligning priorities and goals with executive management and stakeholders
• Ability to oversee and forecast program scope, milestones, objectives, and resourcing
• Proven capability to manage risk, dependencies, and mitigation planning across complex programs
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives
• Familiarity with compliance requirements including security, export, accessibility, and legal considerations
• Ability to develop program strategies, governance practices, and continuous improvement plans
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills for defining KPIs, measurement methods, and performance tracking
• Experience with change management, process optimization, and operational excellence

• We partner with executive management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical expertise
• We oversee and forecast program scope, milestones, objectives, funding, and resourcing to support successful delivery
• We coordinate teams across technical, non-technical, and cross-organizational areas to drive program execution
• We lead strategies for risk mitigation, issue resolution, and response to critical escalations
• We ensure delivery meets third-party, security, export, accessibility, and legal compliance requirements
• We define global strategies for products, including transitions to Oracle Cloud infrastructure
• We establish delivery standards, governance practices, and best-practice guidelines
• We lead implementation, incident, problem, organizational change, and process automation initiatives
• We shape KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting to monitor and improve performance
• We guide continuous improvement efforts to strengthen reliability, resilience, scalability, and efficiency
• We consult with leaders and stakeholders to improve teamwork, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making
• We drive adoption of new processes, systems, and tools through change management and strategic planning
