Overtime required as scheduled.New Pay rate: $23.00Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour workedAverage incentive over $330 per month.7:00am shift start M-FMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, Disability and Life insurance after 30 daysWellness Incentives401K with Company Match, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Sick Time, Personal TimeEmployee Purchase ProgramEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramOptional Critical Illness and Accident Insurance (AFLAC)Qualifications:Strong work ethic and ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours3-5 years' material handling equipment experience preferredAim to excel in fast-paced environmentResponsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including order selectors stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockersPost-offer background check & drug screen are requiredResponsibilities:Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, order picker, and reach truck in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating proceduresAccurately pick/receive product quantities or store product in assigned locationsAssemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized mannerEffectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignmentsMaintain inventory integrity and product safety at all timesComplete tasks using hand-held RF units / scannersFollow all established standard operating procedures for given task areasAccurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet and put in rack locations.Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to managementPerform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
