Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an inpatient and ER hospital setting, requiring ARRT(CT) certification and cardiac/stroke CT experience.

Details

• Inpatient and ER CT department, no outpatient cases
• Patient population is primarily adults 40 and older
• Equipment includes Siemens 64-slice and new state-of-the-art Siemens 256 Definition Flash scanners
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 3x12 hour AM shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• ARRT(CT) certification required
• Associate's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Experience with cardiac and stroke CT imaging required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must be nicotine free
• Experienced travelers preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Strict RTO policy: maximum 5 days off if not near a holiday, maximum 3 days if near a holiday, and only one holiday request allowed
