The local route runs from Houston to Texas City and Baytown. This TransForce driving opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday route with local work in the Houston area. This role requires a Hazmat endorsement, experience handling nuclear waste materials, knowledge of chemical compatibility, placarding, and completion of a six-hour paid safety course, which may be taken remotely. Pay & Schedule $30 per hour Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Home nightly Local routes based in Houston, Texas What You'll Be Doing Drive local routes between Houston, Texas City, and Baytown. Transport 55-gallon and 30-gallon drums and totes containing nuclear waste materials. Handle heavy-touch freight and placarding. Apply knowledge of which chemicals may be transported together safely. What You Need Valid CDL A 2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
