- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 AM - Finish
- Overtime opportunities available during peak season
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and airflow issues
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicle inventory and equipment
- Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit
- Support team operations and maintain a positive work environment
- Field service environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noise
- Local travel required throughout assigned service territory
- Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Residential service background
- Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Salary Description
$20-$38/hour based on experience
