Available Shifts: 6:00am to 6:00pm 6:00pm to 6:00am Pay, Benefits & Perks of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Differential Pay(at participating locations) Hiring full-time, part-time, or per diem Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday Up to $5,000 in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributionsMedical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurance Fun work environment with contests and employee appreciation events each week QualificationsofCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri Essential FunctionsofCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding Assists resident with range of motion exercises Provides for personal care and comfort Movement to wheelchair or activity areas Assists residents with ambulation for short distance in facility Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed Provides direct and indirect resident care services Meets the communication needs of resident and family Communicates to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition Performs other tasks as assigned EEO Statement: Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
