Weekend Nights OB Registered Nurse (RN) Our client is seeking an OB RN to work weekend nights. The setting is a rural critical access facility in Central Wisconsin. The facility has received high marks for its outcomes and quality in a rural setting and is growing to help serve its community. This Nurse will need some experience in OB and be able to provide exceptional care to mothers, newborns, and families throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive healthcare team dedicated to high-quality patient care. May be called to float to other departments when needed. Schedule Full-time Weekend Nights Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM 72 hours per pay period Holiday rotation required Earn an additional 33% bonus on weekend hours worked Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, family-centered care for obstetric patients throughout their hospital stay Monitor labor progression, perform fetal heart monitoring, and assess newborns after delivery Respond to patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions Assist in managing obstetric emergencies and support safe patient outcomes Qualifications Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN License Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred BLS certification required within 3 months of hire OB experience preferred; ACLS, NRP, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certifications required within designated timeframes after hire Why Join Our Client Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care Opportunity to work in a respected organization committed to supporting both patients and employees #J-18808-Ljbffr Cross Country Search
