Tibco EBX Technical Architect

Job Title

Responsibilities:

• Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of Tibco EBX MDM solution to develop architecture, design, and implementation approach to deliver various master data domains management on Tibco EBX
• Documents EBX best practices and drive the engineering team to implement those best practices
• Educates engineering team and business stakeholders on EBX software capabilities and limitations
• Partners with Data Governance and engineering team members on technical architecture and data integration patterns related to EBX implementation
• Lead technical reviews of engineering team's work to assure adherence to best practice and architectural standards
• Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to define and develop cross-function technology stack interactions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience implementing MDM using TIBCO EBX (previously Orchestra Networks EBX).
• Expert level proficiency in MDM foundational and data modeling concepts
• Experience with real-time integration (SOAP, REST, ESB technology, etc.) & batch integration (file based) between MDM & other systems
• Experience with public Cloud (Azure preferred)
• 3+ years of Java experience is desired
• Strong understanding of data governance and master data management principles

• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate those into effective technical solutions, strategic and tactical directions
• Ability to mentor and provide leadership to team members
• Ability to facilitate discussion between technical and business staff
• Agile mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• Strong communication skills

• Experience working in agile methodologies
• Git version control & build automation tools
