A national leader in self-perform concrete is growing its Mission Critical division and hiring two Operations Managers to lead data center work in two of the country’s busiest markets:

\n

\n
• Northern Virginia: covering NoVA and Central PA
\n
• Carolinas: covering NC, SC and Tennessee
\n

\n

\n

This is a leadership role for a proven concrete operator who wants to build something . You’ll own execution, grow repeat business with data center owners and GCs , and develop the team to run several large campus projects at once. There’s a clear path to VP Operations as the group grows.

What you’ll do

\n

\n
• Lead safety, schedule, cost, quality and field performance across multiple data center projects
\n
• Run large self-perform scopes : mat foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, equipment pads and site concrete
\n
• Build relationships with hyperscale owners, colocation developers and GCs, and win negotiated and design-assist work
\n
• Track and own backlog, margin, safety and pipeline
\n

\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 15+ years in self-perform concrete, with senior operations leadership (Operations Manager, General Superintendent, Senior PM or similar)
\n
• Data center or mission critical experience strongly preferred; large industrial or heavy structural concrete also considered
\n
• A stable work history with a record of growth and results
\n
• Came up through the business: you know the field because you worked in it
\n
• Strong customer relationships, business sense and the judgment to pick the right work
\n
