How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Evaluation & Assessment: Performing the initial evaluation to diagnose movement dysfunctions and conducting ongoing assessments to track physical progress.
• Clinical Strategy: Designing and revising a Plan of Care (POC) that sets specific, measurable goals tailored to the patient's lifestyle and medical history.
• Advanced Intervention: Executing specialized manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques.
• Leadership & Oversight: Acting as the clinical lead by supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), rehab techs, and mentoring PT students.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
