Clinic Assistant Scheduler/Licensed Practical Nurse – Pace Of Cincinnati

TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Clinic Assistant Scheduler- LPN to join the PACE of Cincinnati PACE Center located in Norwood Ohio. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.

Location: PACE of Cincinnati: 4850 Smith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45212 (does require to drive around the Greater Cincinnati Area)

Job Requirements: Graduate of an approved technical, professional, or vocational program in Nursing. 1 - 2 years of experience working with a frail or elderly population or, in the absence of such experience, receive appropriate training from PACE on working with a frail or elderly population before providing direct patient care to PACE participants independently. Relevant experience must be within the last 3 years. 3 - 4 years of LPN clinical experience. Other Current LPN license in good standing to practice in Ohio. Upon Hire Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
