Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, covering physical exams and in-depth reviews of their medical histories

• Provide intraoperative assistance, managing the OR environment, positioning patients, and facilitating instrument handoffs
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative patient care, including medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and education

Education

• Master's degree achieved through an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Experience through clinical rotations with a surgical focus is highly desirable

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• State certification (or eligibility) required for practice as a Physician Assistant
