Assistant Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Bobby Branch Part Time Office Administrative Assistant

Part time:

• $15- 18 per hour

• Health insurance

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday work week (off Thursday and Tuesday)

• 9am - 5pm

Duties include:

• Answering and routing phone calls

• Managing Customer Renewals

• Assisting customers with billing and payment questions

• Scanning and attaching paperwork

• Opening office and office general upkeep

• Payroll Assistance

• Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions

• Mail handling


• Scheduling appointments

• Telemarketing current and former clients

• Upselling current customers

• Note taking and task creation


• Money handling


• Creating Weekly Customer Service/activity reports for managers

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation

• Strong computer skills

• Experience in customer service and problem solving


• Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment

• Must be a self-starter

• Positive and optimistic perspective a must

• Opportunity for promotion


Insurance Licensing


• Property and Casualty License Required

• Agent will pay for materials
