Emergency Room Director
This position oversees day-to-day operations, manages financial operations, and develops procedures and goals for the department. They provide patient care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and promote team communication while serving as a patient advocate. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and appraise staff, manage employee relations, and participate in the annual budgeting process. They ensure the department operates effectively and efficiently while providing high-quality patient care.
Education: Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field
Experience: Previous lead level or management experience required 3 years experience in an outpatient/physician office or healthcare related specific area
Licenses: Advanced Cardio Life Support Registered Nurse Basic Life Support
