Licensed Clinician – Telehealth & In‑Person Sessions, Paramus, NJ Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. Qualifications Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) – Licensed and residing in New Jersey. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. Compensation Up to $151,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Willingness to provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week. A true partnership with our team. Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided). Interest in growth into leadership roles or supervisory positions. Self‑guided completion of notes within 24 hours. Strong character – integrity, honesty, adaptability, quality of care. Team orientation and collaborative professional development.
