Receiving Clerk – Forklift OperatorLocation: Westfield, MAPay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, Full-TimeWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team in Westfield, MA. This position is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying shipments, organizing inventory, and safely moving materials throughout the facility using a forklift.ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damageVerify quantities and materials against packing slips and purchase ordersEnter receiving information into the company’s computer systemLabel and organize incoming materialsSafely operate a forklift to unload trucks and move materialsStage materials in designated storage areasMaintain accurate receiving and inventory recordsCommunicate with warehouse, shipping, and purchasing teams regarding discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelinesQualificationsPrevious forklift experience requiredPrior warehouse, receiving, or shipping experience preferredAbility to read packing slips, purchase orders, and other shipping documentsBasic computer skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift and move materials as requiredDependable and able to work independentlyStrong communication and organizational skillsCommitment to workplace safetyCompensation $20.00 per hourThis is a great opportunity for someone with forklift and warehouse experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position with a strong team.
