Onshore Division Manager

About the Role: The Onshore Division Manager will lead and oversee all operational, strategic, and financial aspects of the onshore division within the organization. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve process efficiencies, and deliver high-quality services to clients. They will also be responsible for developing and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Onshore Division Manager will ensure the division meets its performance targets while aligning with the broader organizational goals. Minimum Qualifications:

Financial acumen is applied in budgeting, forecasting, and managing resources to maintain profitability. Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards ensures compliance and risk mitigation in all activities. Additionally, project management and organizational skills enable the manager to coordinate complex initiatives and maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within an onshore or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational results.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or related industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and budgets.
- Professional certifications related to project management or operations (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division objectives and growth targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals to maximize performance and engagement.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
