Choose Your Shift Schedule

• Shifts Choices: 
  • 1 PM - 5 PM
  • 5 PM - 9 PM 
• Days: Monday - Saturday (choose your shifts in the app)  
• Pay: $16.50/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)  
• Location: Channell Commercial 1700 Justin Rd, Rockwall, TX 75087 

Work Environment:  

• This is a manufacturing facility has overhead fans and ventilation - dress for the season.

All MWC workers are required to provide their own steel toed or composite shoes.

What You’ll Do  

You’ll play a key role in:  

• Using hand and power tools to bolt, screw, and clip together parts for utility and cable enclosures.  
• Reading work orders to ensure you have the right materials and following assembly instructions to meet production quotas.  
• Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards while keeping your workstation clean and organized.  

What We’re Looking For:  

• Strong mechanical skills and experience using tools like drills, wrenches, and pneumatic staplers.  
• A team player who can maintain high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks like bending, twisting, and standing.
