Vermont Law School seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support our mission-driven, student-focused community in South Royalton, VT. This role serves as a strategic advisor to academic and administrative leaders, managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The HRBP will champion an inclusive, environmentally conscious, and socially just culture, provide coaching to managers, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support organizational development initiatives that advance our innovative legal and policy education.
