What This Role Really Is
This is not a traditional “salesperson” role.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your job is to:
Create a great first impression
Guide the customer through the early stages of the buying process
Build trust, gather information, and set the deal up for success
You are the foundation of the sale.
You are not responsible for closing the deal alone—we work as a team. Once the customer is ready, you’ll transition them to a manager to finalize everything.
What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner
Build rapport and create a comfortable, low-pressure experience
Learn about the customer’s needs using our proven process
Help customers select and test drive the right vehicle
Present initial pricing and guide the early steps of the deal
Collect credit applications and key information
Set proper expectations and “plant seeds” for a smooth close
Follow up with customers and stay engaged throughout the process
Generate your own opportunities using the tools we provide
Work as part of a team to maximize results

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills
