Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a permanent opportunity in the Bronx, NY. This is a great fit for a pharmacist with strong leadership experience who wants a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends .

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Position: Direct Hire / Permanent
- Weekends: Off
- Nights: None
- Holidays: Closed most federal holidays
- Comp: $150,000-$160,000 +
- Benefits: Full Benefits Package + PTO + 10% bonus each year
Responsibilities
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, workflow, inventory, and quality assurance
- Oversee prescription dispensing, verification, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
- Maintain HIPAA and Fraud, Waste & Abuse compliance
- Support patient safety and pharmacy practice standards
- Ensure adherence to facility and pharmacy operational policies
Requirements
- Active New York Pharmacist license
- 5+ years of pharmacist experience
- 3+ years of pharmacy management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and patient safety
- Proven ability to lead pharmacy staff and manage daily workflow
