Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping people and wants to build a long-term career in commercial insurance. Whether you have insurance experience or come from another customer service or business background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients. Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and other service requests. Assist clients with coverage questions, billing, and claims support. Work closely with insurance carriers and agency team members. Prepare renewal comparisons, proposals, and client documentation. Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma required; additional education is a plus. Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain after hire. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
