- Completion of 2 years of study at an institution of higher education, OR earned an Associate's Degree (or higher), OR achieve at least a score of 457 on the ETS ParaPro Assessment (
- Demonstrated competence in basic skills of reading, oral and written language, and math.
- Proficiency in the use of a computer and the ability to work with office machines and other technology.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students and adults.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
