Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing both standardized tools and personalized interviews.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate lasting change.

• Create tailored service plans that articulate clear goals and strategies for addressing clients' unique challenges, updating these plans quarterly or as necessary.

• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to essential resources and community support systems, and stand firmly on relevant social justice issues.
