Key Responsibilities\nAs a LICSW, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes through various responsibilities, including:

- Assessing client needs through comprehensive clinical evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and goals. \n
- Participating actively in weekly team meetings to review case updates, contribute to treatment strategies, and assess the overall effectiveness of interventions. \n
- Monitoring client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently met. \n
- Collaborating with school staff and parents to create strategies that support students facing emotional and behavioral challenges, thus fostering a productive learning environment. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to each client's specific needs, while remaining abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques. \n
You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that honors the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be essential in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective counseling and collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. \n
Preferred candidates will possess:

- Experience working with diverse populations and a thorough understanding of trauma-informed care principles. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and track treatment plans efficiently. \n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
