Job Description Lead daily on-site operations for K-12 and municipal construction projects Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and client representatives Oversee quality control and ensure project milestones are met Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication The Successful Applicant Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up K-12 construction projects Must have served as lead Superintendent on at least one completed K-12 build Experience within public or municipal construction environments required Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines Excellent leadership and communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $111,600 to $154,900 USD annually.
