POSITION SUMMARY: Supervise daily operations of Mountain Springs venue and staff to ensure the highest standards of food service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Oversee all daily operations in the venue to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Select, train, direct, schedule, resolve conflicts, and correct staff.
• Prepare and maintain accurate venue reports and records.
• Ensure venue compliance with all food, alcohol, safety protocols, department SOPs, and CCCH policies and procedures.
• Manage guest concerns to resolution.
• Ensure venue cleanliness and sanitation is maintained.
• Conduct monthly/annual inventory with accurate recordkeeping.
• Conduct rounds to all other food venues to ensure effective operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

1. Required Education: HS DIPLOMA Preferred Education: N/A
2. Work Experience:
   1. Minimum 2 years' experience as restaurant server/above, required.
   2. Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, required.
   3. Additional education and/or related work experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position.
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
   1. Microsoft programs and other point-of-sale software experience, required.
   2. Knowledge of restaurant industry service, ordering, inventory practices, required.
   3. Must have strong communication (verbal, written) skills with fluency in English.
   4. Verbal Spanish language skills a plus.
   5. Must be able to organize, multi-task, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
   1. Must have or be able to obtain food handlers certification and alcohol service certification upon hire.
5. Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
7. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
8. Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
