What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep patient rooms, public areas, and common spaces sparkling clean using hospital-approved procedures.
- Perform discharge cleaning to prepare rooms for new patients.
- Set up and reset rooms as needed.
- Tackle deep cleaning tasks and special projects.
- Maintain and stock supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
Physical Activities Include:
- Climbing, grasping, pinching, and holding
- Lifting/carrying (3550 lbs.)
- Pushing/pulling carts and equipment
- Reaching overhead
- Sitting, squatting, bending, kneeling
- Standing and walking for extended periods
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and understand safety protocols
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets
- Dependable, honest, and customer-focused
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Immunization records required (or willingness to get necessary shots)
- Must have reliable transportation
