Senior Manager Enterprise Risk Management We’re looking for talented professionals to join us at Green Dot to bring smart money management and payment solutions to everyone’s fingertips. This role can work remote anywhere in the United States. Job Summary The Senior Manager Enterprise Risk Management role will be a deep subject matter expert in enterprise risk management. You will apply your expertise to define Green Dot’s risk appetite and linked Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), prepare quarterly risk reports for senior management and the board, and establish effective risk oversight and governance, partnering with senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, maintenance, and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Management Program and Risk Appetite Statement. Identify Key Risk Indicators and associated tolerances, translating business risk into forward‑looking metrics. Populate risk metrics periodically, review and critically assess breaches of risk tolerances. Review risk management policies to ensure alignment with the program and the three lines of defense model. Prepare high‑quality reports for the Board Risk Committee, ERMC/RMC, and Senior Leadership. Translate complex risk topics into clear narratives suitable for executive consumption. Partner with first line business units to identify risks, remediate issues, and validate management action plans. Provide second‑line challenge, independent oversight, and thematic analysis across risk categories. Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, TPRM, and other partners. Drive education and awareness of ERM principles across the organization and promote a risk‑aware culture aligned to supervisory expectations. Support design and use of GRC/Risk technology tools such as LogicGate. Lead, influence, coach and develop staff across the lines of defense in line with Green Dot’s Management Track. Required Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related risk disciplines within a regulated financial institution. Bachelor’s degree. Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk appetite, KRI programs and the Three Lines of Defense model. Experience preparing risk reporting for senior executives and boards. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programs and deliver high‑quality outcomes under time pressure. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CRCM, FRM, CRMA, CIA). Experience with risk governance committees and regulatory expectations for BHCs or bank partners. Familiarity with GRC platforms and risk analytics tools such as LogicGate. Background supporting large‑scale change, new product introductions, or transformation initiatives. Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship. Position Type & Salary Regular. Targeted base salary: $117,700 to $176,500 per year.
