Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

Project Overview

The work focuses on healthcare workflow automation and AI, including:

• Building internal applications
• PDF and document processing
• OCR and machine vision
• API integrations
• AI-assisted clinical review workflows
• Connecting applications and data within a Google Cloud environment

Healthcare experience-especially CDI, coding, claims, EMR/EHR, or clinical workflows-is a plus but is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take AI-generated prototypes and existing internal tools and turn them into stable, scalable, production-ready applications.
• Make architecture decisions and determine how operational problems should be translated into software.
• Translate ambiguous business workflows into clean, efficient, durable software.
• Independently drive projects from concept through production.
• Build across the full stack rather than simply receiving and completing tickets from a large engineering organization.
• Work closely with leadership as a senior technical partner.
• Build and support applications involving healthcare workflow automation and AI.
• Work with PDF/document processing, OCR and machine vision, API integrations, AI-assisted clinical review workflows, and applications and data within a Google Cloud environment.

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on full-stack engineering background.
• Experience with GCP.
• Experience with Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with React.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Experience with SQL/relational databases.
• Experience with modern AI-assisted development.
• Ability to make architecture decisions and independently drive projects from concept through production.
• Ability to understand operational problems and translate business workflows into software.
