Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history along with their mental health status. \n
- Design and implement customized treatment plans that address unique client needs, integrating strategies aimed at both addiction recovery and mental health improvement. \n
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's circumstances. \n
- Collaborate actively with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to client care. \n
- Educate clients' families about the recovery process, providing guidance and support for their involvement in treatment. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
