Schedule: MondayThursday, 10:00 AM3:00 PM Hours: 20 hours per week Pay: $22 per hour Position Type: Temporary, Part-Time

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. The Receptionist serves as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, employees, families, and other members of the community. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area while providing general administrative and clerical support to the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the multi-line phone system and front office reception duties
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, postage supplies, and shipping logistics
• Process and log incoming checks and maintain accurate records
• Copy, distribute, and file faxes, check requests, and vendor invoices
• Produce thank you letters for donations and maintaining a file for donations
• Manage the office calendar, training room schedule and set up/breakdown
• Schedule and manage maintenance for the office
• Coordinate travel arrangements for conferences, meetings and trainings
• Assist with coordinating staff appreciation days, multi-state meetings, off-site meetings, etc.
• Prepare orientation and training materials as needed
• Assist with various financial audits as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional business setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude

Schedule & Temporary Assignment: This is a temporary part-time position, Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM3:00 PM (20 hours per week). The assignment is anticipated to continue through Mid-December 2026, with the precise end date tentative based on operational needs.
