Receptionist

Tuesdays 3 pm to 11 pm 3 days a week and 6 Am-3 PM

3 days a week, 7 PM to 11 PM including every other weekend

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at the West Chicago Living and Rehab Center LLC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, guests, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and team members in a warm and welcoming manner
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are available
• Respond to resident requests and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and in-person interactions with ease
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Perform other duties as requested to support the team and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Must be inspired to serve the needs of our residents and communities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Friendly and approachable attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Point Click Care experience is preferred
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
