Urology Physician Opportunity

Start Date: Immediate

Available Shifts: Flexible, with a call schedule of 1:6

Compensation: Annual salary ranging from $700,000 to $800,000

Position Overview

• Type: Hospital-employed Urology role
• Responsibilities: Combination of outpatient clinic duties and inpatient consultation services
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Practice Structure: Flexible framework allowing physicians to customize their patient volume and productivity targets

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: Competitive, with additional production bonuses
