Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in the Greensboro--Winston-Salem--High Point Area. This role involves engaging with clients in estate and financial planning, with a focus on education and empowerment. Conduct client consultations and gather necessary information. Design and review individualized estate plans. Lead document signing appointments and address client questions. Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and staff for client service. Maintain detailed electronic records of meetings and communications. Meet weekly with a mentor attorney for guidance and development. Engage clients in estate and financial planning discussions. Respond promptly to client needs via email and phone. Requirements Juris Doctorate and active law license. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. Comfort with public speaking and education‑based sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Willingness to work early evenings twice a month. Ability to commute to the job's location. Accept a background check. Work in an onsite setting. Education: Doctor of Law. Certifications: Active law license.
