PJ Restaurant Group is a fast-growing Papa John's franchise with over 67 current locations found in PA, MD, DE, WV, and NJ. Our company has tripled in size since 2019, and we are seeking friendly and reliable managers for our restaurants to help fulfill this growth. We are going to open another 42 stores in the next 5 to 6 years.
We're hiring for: Shift leaders, Assistant Managers and General Managers, pay dependent on experience. No experience? Come in and interview and we might just give you a shot to prove you have what it takes to be a manager! Career advancement opportunities are available to all managers seeking growth within the company. With our continuing growth, promotions occur often for any manager that is qualified.

Duties:
Papa John's Managers manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure that high quality products and service are delivered to our customers to ensure restaurant profitability. You must be a team-oriented leader who instills pride and accountability in your team. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
