Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns through in-depth interviews and standardized screening tools to formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group or family therapy when appropriate, promoting a supportive environment for sharing experiences and strategies.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Great Bliss Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
