Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Processes voter record changes and updates
Responds to voter inquiries via phone, email, and face to face
Provide excellent customer service
Other duties as required

What will you need as a Customer Service Representative?
2 years direct customer services/call center experience or an Associate’s Degree from an accredited two-year degree granting college or university
Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
Ability to use a computer and adapt to software programs
Ability to type efficiently with attention to detail when entering data
Ability to speak, read and write English effectively
Ability to multitask between various job duties
Available to work extended hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary
Ability to sit for an extended period of time
Ability to work in a team environment towards a common goal
Customer service experience
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
