In this leadership role, you will coordinate clinical services, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for our residents. You’ll complete assessments and care plans, administer medications and treatments, and respond swiftly to changes in condition. Partnering with families and the interdisciplinary team, you’ll help create a safe, homelike environment grounded in servant leadership, integrity, and dignity.
