Supporting the Operations team remotely, the full-time Operations & Events Coordinator will manage calendars, coordinate onboarding logistics, and organize team events while ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Manage calendars and scheduling for the Operations team to balance meetings and strategic work Support employee onboarding by coordinating schedules and preparing welcome packages Plan team events and experiences, including organizing offsites and employee engagement activities Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar support role such as Administrative Assistant or Operations Coordinator Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism and sound judgment in handling confidential information
