Electrical Assembly Technician
Duration: 6 Months Location: Minden, NV
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
- Experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed work.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (may include noise, dust, and varying temperatures).
