At Jacobs - we do as well!A key role has emerged in our Program and Project Delivery Services team. We are seeking a Sr. Programmatic Construction Manager who will work on key Programs and opportunities. Your knowledge will guide impactful programs and projects with a high degree of technical complexity from the business development stage through detailed design, construction, operational readiness, and asset management services. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, while leading your own team of construction professionals, subcontractors, and consultants to advance our business development strategies. You’ll be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for our large infrastructure and regulated utility clients.As Sr. Programmatic Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:- Strategic Leadership: ensure alignment with Jacobs' business, health and safety, project, and quality management processes.- Strategic Business Planning: Contribute to business and sales planning activities, assist with growth opportunities and innovation, and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects and programs within financial and quality expectations.- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, providing innovative solutions that optimize the uptake of Jacobs ‘offerings.- Compliance and Safety: Maintain accountability for program compliance with Jacobs' standards and policies, ensuring the safety and compliance of the entire project team.- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both Jacobs and client stakeholders at all levels, experience working with JV environments, proactively addressing risks, challenges, and guiding through complex issues.- Solution Integration: Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for integrating Jacobs' solutions, including strategic planning, Program Management Office, digital transformation, sustainability & decarbonization, engineering, social value & strategic advisory. Here's what you'll need - 20 years’ experience with at least 8 years of heavy civil, construction management experience on large scale infrastructure projects transportation projects in a lead role.- PMP or equivalent will be an asset.- Education or certification related to construction management will be an asset.- Experience in executing alternative delivery transportation/construction projects.Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
