Job Summary The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of technology solutions across multiple platforms and business initiatives. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirement. Essential Roles, Duties & Responsibilities User Stories & Requirements: Write comprehensive user stories using Jira or Azure DevOps applications. Elicit and document key requirements, acceptance criteria, user personas, functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and process fl Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders and development te Platform Management: Lead and manage multiple platform initiatives simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on t Development Collaboration: Work directly with platform development teams, including onshore, near‑shore, and off‑shore resources, to ensure seamless execution of proje Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by staying updated on new tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance delivery and execut Documentation: Create technical and end‑user documentation for platform capabilities.
