Associate Veterinarian Position at Brady Veterinary Hospital

Brady Veterinary Hospital, located in Coastal Washington, is looking for an additional veterinarian to join our three-doctor team. All experienced levels welcome! We are AAHA-Accredited and have been a well-respected presence in the community for over 30 years. Our skilled team of veterinarians and well-trained support staff truly provide superior care for our valued patients. This team strives to maintain a high level of medical excellence and has been rewarded several times by earning the Best of Twin Harbors Award 2 years in a row. We employ a certified acupuncturist (also trained in traditional Chinese herbal medicine) and an ABVP Board Certified Canine/Feline Practitioner. Our team loves to learn together, teach each other, and mentor whenever possible.

About Our Clinic

• We currently have three full-time veterinarians.
• We have the support staff in place to support growth in our team and encourage collaboration.
• Our hospital offers comprehensive services including dentistry, general medicine, preventative care, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese/herbal medicine.
• AAHA Accredited and we staff many Fear Free Professionals
• We recently received a beautiful interior and exterior face lift- so new pictures to come!
• Our office features completely computerized medical records.
• Our doctors enjoy the ability to develop their skills depending on their interests (surgery, ortho, exotics, mixed animal, etc.)
• Fully equipped with state-of-the-art IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment, therapeutic laser, digital dental radiography, and digital radiography.

Compensation Model

SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:

Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (range $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience)

PLUS Monthly Production Bonus (we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum and earn a substantial quarterly production bonus - no negative accrual!)

Signing Bonus Package:

• Sign on Bonus ranging from $10-12,000
• Relocation Bonus Package (as needed)

Paid Time Off:

• Minimum 4 weeks (16 days)

Schedule:

• 3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts) counts as full time

• Annual stipend for CE - unlimited reasonable time off for CE in addition to PTO
