Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Every weekend or every other weekend only

These are the qualifications that matter. Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred
• Ability to stock merchandise and maintain inventory accuracy
• Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting throughout the shift

Job Duties:

• Prepare the store inside and out before opening each day
• Open and close the Country Store according to established procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and operate the Tabasco Bar
• Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the day
• Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and general questions
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer assistance
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory counts and merchandise organization
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Support additional retail operations as assigned
