- # Pricing AdministratorApplylocations: HY US Greenville, NC (Headquarters)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R8297**Job Title**Pricing Administrator**Job Category**Business Support Services**Job Description**What starts with YOU, moves the world!Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented **Pricing Administrator** based at our **Greenville, NC** location.What you will do:* Manage pricing adjustments, customer credits, rebates, and special program payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.* Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams by answering pricing-related questions, resolving discrepancies, and providing administrative support.* Research pricing records, customer purchase history, and transaction details to support pricing requests, reporting needs, and business decisions.* Maintain pricing documentation, process system updates, and assist with special pricing programs while ensuring data integrity and adherence to established procedures.* Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance pricing operations, customer experience, and overall business efficiency.Who you are:* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy* A strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver excellent service* Analytical and curious, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and make informed recommendations* Self-motivated and dependable, capable of working independently while knowing when to collaborate or escalate concerns* Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentWhat you will need:* Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, pricing administration, accounting support, or a related business environmentSkills, Experience, & Abilities:* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting* Experience using enterprise business systems, ERP platforms, or order management software* Strong data entry and records management skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to analyze transactional data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently* Effective written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities* Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accurate documentationWho we are:Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks, aftermarket parts and technology and energy solutions that are transforming the way the world moves materials from Port to Home.
